You can send all your invoices via Inexchange: e-invoice, PDF and paper invoice.
If the invoice row is marked green, everything is in order and you can send the invoice with the existing settings. If you see this icon next to the delivery method, there is a better delivery method available for the invoice recipient.
You can click on the icon and then change the delivery method in the next step.
Columns can be added and removed via the three dots to the right of the column headers.
When you send the first invoice to a recipient, Paper is the default delivery method, but you can easily change the delivery method via the three dots on the current invoice row > Change delivery method.
Good to know about the different delivery methods:
E-invoice:
For e-invoices, a connection of the recipient in our network is required. The connection is created automatically in cases where we recognize your customer as an e-invoice recipient (by company name, organization number or GLN). To change the customer's connection to the network, you can click on the three dots on the invoice row and select Change delivery method > Change recipient.
PDF invoice via e-mail:
If you want to send the invoice as a PDF, select this by clicking on the three dots on the invoice row> Change delivery method. Add the email address to which your customer wants to receive the PDF invoice(s) and save your changes.
Paper invoice:
When you send your first invoice to a recipient, Paper is the default delivery method. The address information is read in from your original invoice. You can check the details and choose the delivery method by clicking on the icon in the row > Change delivery method.
When you are done with the settings, you can send an individual invoice by clicking SEND on the invoice row. If you want to send several invoices at the same time, you can check the box at the top of the column on the left. Then press Send at the bottom of the page.
