To transfer invoices to Inexchange, the program Inexchange Invoice Printer is used. If your account is in our newest environment, you will find instructions and the installation file in this article.
Performing these actions requires administrator rights on the computer/server; if these rights are missing, your system administrator needs to be contacted.
1. Download the new invoice printer. The installation file can be found at the bottom of the page.
2. Start the installation by double-clicking the downloaded installation file.
3. Follow the installation wizard. When the installation is complete, you can start using the printer.
If the installation is done on a server, it must be installed on the same part of the server as the business system. The user creating the printouts must have write permission for the following directory:
C:\ProgramData\InExchange Factorum
Additionally, each logged-in user must have their own instance of the process xAgent.exe running. This can easily be solved by copying or placing a shortcut to the process in each user's "Startup" folder. The process can be found in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\InExchange\InExchange Fakturaskrivare\x64
