Send invoices
To enable a conversion to e-invoice, we need to know where on the invoices the various information has been placed on your invoices. Templates are created so we can read all the information correctly. We therefore ask you to submit examples of what your invoices look like.

Follow these steps to submit your sample invoices:
- Start your business system and select the invoices you want to transfer to us as sample invoices. You can advantageously use old invoices.
- Select InExchange Invoice Printer when printing.
- Select Yes, transfer now in the box that appears on your screen.
- Log in and click the button Transfer Sample Invoices.
- Close the program.
Your sample invoices will not be sent to the recipient.
Things to consider when printing to the invoice printer >>
Reading templates are then created according to the examples you have submitted to us. We will contact you when the templates are ready so that you can review them. After your approval, you can then start invoicing your customers directly via the invoice printer. Note that after you have approved the reading of your sample invoices, you will receive an error message if you transfer an invoice that we have not seen an example of in the testing phase.
