By using InExchange Invoice Printer (Premium) you simplify the management of your invoices. Choose the virtual invoice printer instead of your regular printer and transfer the files to InExchange. One of our three delivery methods; e-invoice, PDF or paper invoice is selected for each recipient. The invoices are then delivered quickly and easily.
You no longer need to manually print, fold, and envelope your invoices or have different procedures for invoices with different delivery methods. The entire invoice flow can be sent via InExchange using the same print routine, and you reach all your customers through the same service.
Getting started is easy:
1. Install the invoice printer
2. Transfer sample invoices to InExchange
3. Review and approve the scanning of the sample invoices
You can immediately start invoicing your customers via the invoice printer!
