When you send sample invoices via InExchange Invoice Printer to us, it is good to include different types of examples so that we can directly create correct templates for reading various types of data and invoice types.

It is important that you use original invoices and that your regular invoice template is used. The sample invoices will not be forwarded to the recipient.

Common examples:

• Invoice (one-sided and multi-sided)
• Credit invoice (one-sided and multi-sided)
• Invoice copy (ignored by InExchange)
• Invoice with fees and discounts
• Invoice with rounding
• Invoice with different VAT rates
• Reverse charge

Foreign invoices with a different currency code (e.g., SEK, NOK, USD) or country code (e.g., SE, NO, US) should always have an invoice template with English text.
